Due to its proximity to downtown Miami, yacht and megayacht owners have long anchored at Coconut Grove, Florida. There has been a name change and a change of ownership at the Prime Marina Miami property. In reality, it's resuming its previous moniker, Bayshore Landing.

Prime Marina Group has had a lease on the property for numerous years. The business rebranded the property from Bayshore Landing to Prime Marina Miami after obtaining the rights in 2015. Monty's Raw Bar and Restaurant, on the other hand, remained unaffected, attracting both sailors and landlubbers. Prime Marina Group recently extended its 70-year lease on the property. The lease was bought out by Suntex Marinas, which owns and administers a number of marinas across the country.
